Hydro farm

Hydro farms were establishments responsible for the creation of drinkable water. A specific example of this type of establishment was the Big Settlement hydro farm, which was situated within Big Settlement on Atterra Bravo and provided a significant portion of the town's water supply. Upon the First Order's seizure of the planet, they assumed control over numerous hydro farms located there.
