HydroExtractor

The HydroExtractor could process nearly any extraterrestrial water source into a liter of almost completely pure water in approximately five minutes. It could even pull water from a dry atmosphere, although this process took between four and twelve hours. A moist atmosphere allowed for a faster extraction. After each use, the device needed to recharge for a minimum of one hour.
