Ishtah, a male Kaleesh technician, plied his trade at Paolo's Chop Shop, situated on Nar Shaddaa, around 19 BBY. The Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi made his way to the shop not long after the Clone Wars concluded, with the intention of selling his starfighter, the Soulless One. Obi-Wan was reminded of General Grievous, the ship's former owner, by Ishtah's intimidating gaze. Despite his distrust of the newcomer, the Kaleesh notified Zegundis, the shop's owner, about Kenobi's presence. Ultimately, Kenobi succeeded in selling his starfighter following intense negotiations with Zegundis, who, trusting Ishtah's instincts, also regarded her client with suspicion.
