Janelle Harcourt was a Human woman married to Aron Harcourt, a captain in the Imperial Navy.
Following Aron's demotion to a less prestigious position, a consequence of being wrongly blamed for the annihilation of the Imperial Star Destroyer called Anya Karu, Janelle and her husband made their home on Coruscant, with Aron now working in an office role. Sometime after Janelle's death, specifically in 0 ABY and over three years after the event, Aron engaged the services of Boba Fett, a bounty hunter, tasking him with recovering a holorecording featuring his deceased wife from the debris of the Anya Karu. Because Aron did not provide the agreed payment after the mission was done, Fett took Aron's life.
