Jedi Arbiter

Jedi Arbiters constituted a group of Jedi who lived through the events of Order 66 and, despite the pervasive threat and isolation imposed by the expansive Galactic Empire, continued their efforts to fulfill their Jedi responsibilities. Their strategy involved redirecting conflicts between various warring groups throughout the galaxy by inciting them to oppose the Empire, rather than each other, in an attempt to maintain galactic stability.
