Following the Valo Atrocity which took place in 231 BBY, Vernestra Rwoh, a Jedi Knight from Mirialan, sought guidance from a Jedi counselor, specifically Jedi Master Josiah. Josiah conveyed to her that the act of remembering played a role in processing the anguish and upset caused by a catastrophe.
