Temple Quartermaster was a designation within the Jedi Order for a Jedi who was stationed at the Coruscant Jedi Temple. This individual had the duty of managing and distributing all equipment used by Jedi who were actively participating in missions for the Order.
Typically, Jedi operating in the field carried a standard set of equipment which included their own lightsaber, sustenance capsules for survival, a Hush-98 comlink, either a fibercord grappling hook or a grappling spike launcher, a holoprojector (like an Imagecaster), a holomap, an A99 aquata breather, in addition to other specific tools.
