Jivis

Jivis, a hunter of the Duros species and of male gender, took part in a Morodin hunting trip on the world of Varonat alongside Hav.

Biography

A Duros male, Jivis was a prosperous individual. During 8 ABY, he journeyed to the planet called Varonat to join a Morodin hunting safari, accompanied by another Duros named Hav.

Personality and traits

Seeking thrills, the affluent Duros named Jivis opted to participate in a hunting expedition. Although wealthy, Jivis expressed discontent about needing to exert effort to find excitement.

Behind the scenes

Timothy Zahn introduced Jivis in his work, First Contact, which initially appeared in West End Games' Star Wars Adventure Journal 1 in 1994. First Contact was later included in The Best of the Star Wars Adventure Journal, Issues 1-4, Tales from the Empire, and on Hyperspace.
