Jowar

Jowar held the rank of Moff and played a role in the creation of the nanovirus as the Second Galactic Civil War drew to a close. As a junior officer within the Imperial Navy, Jowar was a member of Palpatine's inner circle during the First Galactic Civil War. He was one of the Moffs involved.
