Julian Khazzouh is a basketball professional. Currently, he is under contract with the Sydney Kings of the National Basketball League in Australasia. Back in 2005, he took on the role of a Wookiee in the movie Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
Back in 2005, Lucasfilm Ltd. sought out several basketball players from Sydney, including Julian Khazzouh, to portray Wookiees in Revenge of the Sith. The movie's casting department contacted local basketball teams, searching for "taller-than-tall guys" for some "extra work," and Khazzouh, who stands at six feet eleven inches, answered the call. Although he wasn't a Star Wars enthusiast, he enjoyed his time on set and remembers being "well-looked after." Four years later, when signing autographs, Khazzouh couldn't remember who George Lucas was. In the movie, Khazzouh played either Lachichuk, Guanta, Grakchawwaa, or Eugroothwa. After his appearance in the movie, Khazzouh was occasionally called Julian 'Wookiee' Khazzouh by the Australian press.
