This is an example of a junk behemoth created by Kazdan Paratus. Following the conclusion of the Clone Wars, Junk behemoths existed as a form of junk golem located on Raxus Prime. Their typical roles included functioning as mobile energy sources or as mobile armor platforms.
Kazdan Paratus, a Jedi, fashioned junk behemoths to defend his Temple situated on Raxus Prime, particularly against incursions from Rodian scavengers. In contrast to other junk droids composed of recovered debris, his droids were unified through the power of the Force.
Similar to other junk golems, each junk behemoth was assembled by Kazdan Paratus from the various discarded materials scattered across the landscape of Raxus Prime. Their size was moderately larger than that of the Scrap Guardian, yet they were smaller than the Junk Titan. Junk behemoths were deployed in an attempt to impede Galen Marek as he tried to invade the Raxus Prime Jedi Temple and eliminate Paratus. Before confronting Paratus directly, Galen encountered a pair of these constructed droids. Paratus utilized components from obsolete Separatist droids in their construction, with the CIS emblem visible on the chest and the arms consisting of the wings of vulture droids.
