Ka-Pao, a Drabatan technician of male gender, served within the ranks of the Resistance. He formed a bond of friendship with Moxie Freemaker and her B1-series battle droid, known as R0-GR.
Fred Tatasciore provides the voice for Ka-Pao, who made his debut in the LEGO Star Wars: All-Stars television series, which is considered non-canon. Prior to his on-screen presence, Ka-Pao received an initial mention in the reference book Star Wars: Alien Archive from 2018.
