Keenah

Keenah, a male captain within the Galactic Empire's military, served in 3 ABY. The Galactic Empire assigned him to support Starkiller on a mission to locate Luke Skywalker, who, at the time, was leading the Rebel Alliance. During the Battle of Hoth, he served as Starkiller's designated contact. However, during the conflict, Starkiller executed Captain Keenah due to his inadequate planning of an infiltration route.

Biography

Captain Keenah was executed by the Emperor's apprentice, Starkiller, during the Battle of Hoth.

Keenah's role was that of a captain within the Galactic Empire's military. Specifically, during the Battle of Hoth in 3 ABY, he was selected to be the liaison between Starkiller and the Empire's assault forces. Shortly after introducing himself, Keenah informed Starkiller about the unstable conditions within the ice cavern that the Sith Lord intended to use to infiltrate Echo Base. Keenah then confessed that he had failed to consider that the movement of his AT-AT assault group would cause the cavern's collapse, endangering Starkiller. Though unharmed, Starkiller executed Keenah for this oversight, employing the Force. Lieutenant Marsen replaced Captain Keenah as the liaison to the combat group; Marsen displayed greater confidence and competence, successfully assisting Starkiller in his mission to locate Rebellion commander Luke Skywalker.

Personality and traits

Keenah, while enthusiastic, possessed a somewhat timid nature. He exhibited clear fear of Starkiller, often speaking with a noticeable stammer when addressing him. Despite his initial assurances of unwavering competence to the Sith Lord, Keenah committed a potentially fatal error in judgment while planning Starkiller's infiltration of Echo Base. This mistake jeopardized Starkiller's life and ultimately resulted in his own demise when he admitted to the error.

Behind the scenes

Captain Keenah's initial appearance occurred in the non-canon Hoth mission featured in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition.
