Kemel Trowe

Kemel Trowe was an admiral within the Imperial forces, affiliated with the NAVCOR Command. Following the destruction of Alderaan, Trowe disseminated Imperial propaganda, claiming that Bail Prestor Organa was engaged in a biowarfare initiative targeting the Empire and that the planet's annihilation was the sole method to prevent his success.
