Keval Raffaan, a male Human Jedi Knight, hailed from the world of Chandrila. Prior to his apprenticeship as the Padawan to Jedi Master Ma'tien, Raffaan pursued studies at the Diplomatic Institute located on Coruscant. Raffaan's mission led him to Muzara, tasked with mediating conflicts arising between the Human settlers and the native Muza population.
