Kevta, a Human miner of the male gender, felt compassion for the Workers residing on New Apsolon. During the year 41 BBY, he, together with Yanci and Bini, mistook Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Eritha for members of the Absolutes. This misidentification led to an assault by the three miners, resulting in injuries to Obi-Wan. Upon discovering their error, Yanci used her medical skills to heal Kenobi's wounded leg. After the Padawan's recovery, Kenobi, Jinn, and Eritha departed from the mining complex. At a later point, Kevta met his demise during an attack on the mine by the Absolutes.
