The Kishh district represented an area within Braad, a continent situated on the planet of Bakura. Following the establishment of dominance by Human settlers affiliated with the Bakur Mining Corporation across the planet, the majority of the indigenous Kurtzen species of Bakura took up residence within the Kishh district. Although the species experienced a degree of self-governance in this location, they remained accountable to Bakuran legal statutes.
