Kray'geen T'ihar, a Mon Calamari of the male persuasion, was a member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic throughout the Galactic Civil War. Stationed on the planet of Bundim, T'ihar assumed control of the Alliance's operational network some years preceding the Battle of Yavin amidst a period of great turmoil, and subsequently expanded the Alliance's economic and military capabilities. After the Imperial forces seized control of Bundim, and following the Battle of Heg, T'ihar became the leader of the remaining Alliance forces, promising to improve their tactics based on past failures.
