LEP-96M3 functioned as the individualized LEP servant droid belonging to General Whorm Loathsom throughout the duration of the Clone Wars. This droid possessed a shrill vocal tone and communicated through a peculiar form of speech, characterized by alternating high and low frequencies. Notably, its auditory sensors were once utilized to support a holographic transmission projector for Loathsom while he received updates from a battle droid.
Biography
During the Battle of Christophsis, LEP-96M3 was in service to Loathsom. As the conflict intensified in favor of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, General Kenobi seemingly offered his surrender to Loathsom. Loathsom instructed his droid to provide Tarine tea for both himself and Kenobi as they deliberated the conditions of surrender. However, Anakin Skywalker, accompanied by his newly appointed apprentice, Ahsoka Tano, successfully destroyed the Confederacy's shield generator, leading Kenobi to reverse the situation on Loathsom. Ultimately, it met its end when a super battle droid attempted to target General Kenobi.
