Locus Geen served as a General within the ranks of the Grand Army of the Republic, distinguishing himself through valorous actions during the Clone Wars. Later in life, he transitioned into the role of an informant, providing crucial intelligence to the Rebel Alliance. Circa 0 ABY, he successfully integrated himself into the high society of the planet Salliche, using this position to discreetly relay classified information to the Rebel forces.
Following a family tradition of military service, Geen took on the responsibility of commanding officer for Rom Mohc during the Clone Wars. After the conclusion of the war, Geen chose to retire on the planet Salliche, where he became an active participant in the planet's political system. He diligently fostered relationships with Salliche's senators and government officials, Imperial naval personnel, and former comrades from the Clone Wars. Celebrated as a war hero, he frequently received invitations to prestigious gatherings on Salliche, where he would captivate audiences with embellished tales from his experiences in the Clone Wars.
His time was divided between his estate on Salliche and the various public squares and forums in the capital city, Netassa, engaging in political debates with legislators and sharing his wartime memories with younger generations.
Geen was a Human male. By the time of 0 ABY, he had largely lost his hair, sporting only a well-maintained beard, and his posture had become stooped. He gained a reputation for being a captivating storyteller, readily recounting narratives of past conflicts at every opportunity. Additionally, he possessed strong listening skills, enabling him to gather information from his contacts, which he then transmitted to the Rebellion through secure channels to sympathetic individuals. Usually, contact was initiated through Imperial NetPost, with those seeking him disguising themselves as relatives of "old war friends."
Around 0 ABY, Geen relied on a cane to aid his mobility. He also carried a datapad connected to the Imperial NetPost, allowing him to monitor communications from the Rebellion.
Peter M. Schweighofer conceived Locus Geen for Cracken's Rebel Operatives, a supplementary resource for the Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, published by West End Games in 1994. Mike Vilardi provided the character's illustration.
