Lonus refers to a quartet of Lambda-class T-4a shuttles utilized by the Galactic Empire. As part of the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer _Corrupter's](/article/corrupter(imperial-class)) essential resupply convoy, Lonus was stationed within the Nebulon-B frigate known as the _Monitor's](/article/monitor(ef76_nebulon-b_escort_frigate)) hangar bay, which was scheduled to rendezvous with the Corrupter in the Mev system. These shuttles carried hyperdrive technicians. In an effort to reach the Corrupter, the shuttles were deployed; however, every one of them was obliterated by Rebel starfighters. This resulted in the loss of the technical specialists, and the destruction of the convoy, which caused the Corrupter to be incapable of chasing the escaping Rebels.
