Herbivorous and furry, Maramus were beings that inhabited the forest moon of Endor. These creatures possessed strong, hoofed hindlegs that enabled them to stand erect and traverse their environment through hopping and jumping. Distinctive features included forearms ending in hooves, noticeable horns extending from the sides of their heads, manes, and elongated tails.
Maramus served as a source of sustenance for both the Duloks and the meat-eating Raich.
