Mark II medium repeating blaster cannon
The Mark II medium repeating blaster cannon, a blaster cannon produced by Merr-Sonn Munitions, Inc., served as a defensive weapon for the Rebel Alliance's Echo Base during the Battle of Hoth, where they faced an invading Imperial army.
Thanks to its ability to draw power from various sources, the Mark II could be readily deployed even in harsh environments. A single gunner could operate the tripod-mounted Mark II. The Rebel Alliance utilized Mark IIs against infantry on Hoth, as their firepower was insufficient to penetrate the armor of the All Terrain Armored Transports.
