A wavespeeder served as a mode of aquatic transportation on planets with water. On the world of Dac, wavespeeders facilitated travel connecting the various floating cities. The Imperial Aquatic Garrison stationed on the planet of Sedri possessed a vehicle contingent that included three wavespeeders.
