Missile Boat combat medallion

The Missile Boat combat medallion, a decoration for Imperial starfighter pilots, was bestowed upon those who successfully finished basic training involving Missile Boats. It featured a depiction of an Imperial Missile Boat etched onto its surface.

The medal existed in three variations, distinguished solely by the type of metal from which they were constructed: bronze, silver, and gold. Pilots who mastered the training focused on the Missile Boat's dual weapon systems and its integrated anti-warhead defenses received the bronze medal. The silver medal was given to pilots who not only completed the aforementioned training but also participated in a simulated mine-clearing exercise. Finally, the gold medal was awarded to pilots who excelled in all the previously mentioned training exercises and also prevailed in a simulated aerial combat encounter against a TIE/D Defender.
