Modular circuit matrix

A skill matrix, also known as a modular circuit matrix, served as a component in MSE-6-series repair droids. These droids in the MSE-6 line came equipped with just one of these matrices, which were designed to be inexpensive, small, and simple to replace. Each individual matrix was programmed to handle a specific skill, for example, repairing a particular system. As such, MSE-6 units could complete a task, and subsequently have their circuit matrix replaced in order to execute a new, different task.
