Molten Sulfur Pits

The extensive swamp known as the Molten Sulfur Pits existed on Endor, the forest moon, positioned geographically between Bright Tree Village and the dwelling of Morag. The bubbling, molten sulfur emanating from within this swamp posed a lethal threat to numerous lifeforms native to Endor. To circumvent this hazardous area, a substantial bridge spanned the pits, enabling creatures like the Ewoks to safely traverse the region. When the Tulgah witch, Morag, resurrected the Kreegon, Chirpa, the Chief of the Ewoks, resolved to guide the creature toward the sulfur pits, with the intent of eliminating it. Nevertheless, due to Morag's control over the Kreegon, it was impervious to harm while under her influence. Despite the Ewoks' success in luring the Kreegon into the sulfur pits, the creature merely became coated in burning sulfur, thereby amplifying its perilous nature. Ultimately, the Ewoks managed to deceive Morag into annihilating the Kreegon herself.
