Morale officer

The concept of morale officers emerged from an idea put forth by Imperial Count Denetrius Vidian as he toured the thorilide mines located on Cynda. During a visit to the Cyndan Mining Guild, Vidian instructed Director Palfa to mandate that the work teams select a morale officer responsible for fostering Imperial support among their fellow workers. Palfa expressed skepticism about the plan's potential success, citing the generally unruly nature of the miners. Vidian, however, dismissed these concerns, as his primary focus was on eradicating anything that posed a risk to the Empire.
