Nardix

Nardix, an Imperial Sector governor (a male), met his downfall during the Galactic Civil War when the bounty hunters Zuckuss and 4-LOM took him into custody. Subsequently, in the year 3 ABY, these two bounty hunters surrendered Nardix to the Rebel Alliance; the Alliance then put Nardix on trial and found him guilty of "crimes against Humanity." This incident proved to be a major source of humiliation for the Empire.

The capture of the Sector Governor elevated Zuckuss and 4-LOM's reputation significantly. Later, when Darth Vader enlisted them in the pursuit of the Rebel smuggler Han Solo, Zuckuss perceived that Vader was aware of their role in Nardix's capture. Nevertheless, Zuckuss also detected that Vader was unconcerned, as securing the services of the most skilled bounty hunters held greater importance for him than dispensing punishment.
