The Neebray Manta was a starship utilized by Pacithhip smuggler Kozzel Qwok and his crew during the era of the Clone Wars.
Around 22 BBY, the Manta was located on the planet Coruscant when Vogg Barakk, a bounty hunter, launched an assault on the Senate Building. After the attack, Republic forces chased Barakk's starfighter through Coruscant's the Works sector, uncovering the Neebray Manta, which had been concealed there. The Republic had been hunting for Qwok for several months, suspecting his involvement with their adversary, the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Consequently, the Republic vessels abandoned their pursuit of Barakk and instead targeted the Manta. The freighter then launched rockets at the Republic ships, prompting them to retaliate against the Neebray Manta. Subsequently, the freighter crashed to the ground engulfed in flames, resulting in its destruction.
The Neebray Manta made an appearance in the Decide Your Destiny novel titled The Clone Wars: Decide Your Destiny: Crisis on Coruscant. Within the narrative, the reader assumes the role of a Jedi Padawan and is presented with a choice: either instruct the Republic ships to cease their pursuit of Barakk and engage the Manta, or conversely, disregard the freighter and persist in chasing Barakk.
