New Hope Settlement, situated on the arid world of Ladarra, was a modest town. This colony, unsuccessful and sparsely populated, teetered on the brink of abandonment, with numerous buildings shuttered and seemingly deserted.
The central thoroughfare of New Hope's downtown area was lined with various shops, among which was The Ellstree Bar.
