Nilrebmah XII, situated within the Nilrebmah system, was a planet of volcanic nature. The planet experienced an artificial state of heightened tectonic activity, a consequence of the schemes and trials conducted by Ku'ar Danar during the era known as the Hundred-Year Darkness. Following his subjugation of the system, Danar employed his dark side Force altar to displace Nilrebmah XIII from its original path, forcing it into orbit as a moon around the twelfth planet. These gravitational pressures on Nilrebmah XII's surface devastated its environment. The terrain of the planet was scarred with numerous active volcanoes and extensive lava flows spanning thousands of kilometers. Resilient saurian species managed to survive on this world, although their populations were limited by enormous pterodactyls that dominated the ash-laden atmosphere. Deep within the most profound lava lakes, entities originating from the darkest corners of the galaxy had emerged, drawn there by Danar's dark magic.
