Ningoth, a planet primarily composed of water, existed within the galaxy. The droid, R0-GR, participated in an event that took place on Ningoth, an experience he subsequently documented in his life story, titled From Trenches to Wrenches: The Roger Story.
The initial depiction of Ningoth occurred in LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, and it was later incorporated into canon through its inclusion in Star Wars: Droidography.
