The Norat constituted a faction governed by the Norat Sovereignty. An individual known as Crandor Ijjix belonged to the Norat. The Yevetha were responsible for the annihilation of the Norat.
The Norat appear within the pages of the novel titled Shield of Lies. Furthermore, the Star Wars Encyclopedia and The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia also make reference to this faction. However, it remains unclear from these sources whether the Norat represent a sentient species or a different form of collective entity.
