An aged Quarren male, Nwo, formerly a pilot, found himself on Valo attending the Republic Fair in his retirement. During the Nihil's assault on the celebrations, Nwo was aboard the Innovator, a cutting-edge exploration vessel situated on a floating platform in Lake Lonisa. Nwo, along with Kitrep Soh, Jom Lariin, and a number of other individuals, evacuated the Innovator as it started to submerge due to the inflicted damage.
