Pall Gopal, a male Rodian, worked as both a musician and a secret agent. He was the individual who sold the starship known as the Meridian to Ixel Garsea. Some time later, Gopal encountered Ixel's daughter, Izal Garsea, and engaged her services to transport a package to Dok-Ondar at Black Spire Outpost; this package was ultimately delivered to Resistance members stationed on Batuu.
