Pat Fraley

Patrick Howard Fraley, born on February 18, 1949, is an American voice-over artist. He provided the voice for Owen Lars in Star Wars: Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike. Additionally, he voiced the Sith apprentice Dak Vesser and the Tarisian card player Gelrood in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
