Plasma leech

Spaceborne parasites known as plasma leeches were a common species. These organisms lived their entire lives affixed to the outer hulls of spacecraft, feeding off of plasma and analogous energy emissions that emanated from these vehicles. They propagated from Wol Cabassh to almost all areas of the galaxy during the long history of interstellar travel.

The sentient Wol Cabasshite race were biologically related to plasma leeches.
