Power rod

On Arbra, within the cavern of Haven Base, existed enigmatic crystalline structures known as power rods. These rods emitted substantial quantities of energy, manifesting as benign lightning discharges. The Hoojibs relied on these rods as their principal energy source. Furthermore, the Rebels at Haven Base utilized them for their power needs. Regrettably, the heat produced by the rods also drew the attention of a slivilith.

Luke Skywalker hypothesized that the Force fueled these power rods. Following the destruction of the self-sustaining force screen, Grotto City, and the entity known as the Darker, Luke worried that the power rods might have lost their energy source. Consequently, Rebel technicians were instructed to observe the rods' energy output for any decline.
