The Prophet, an Aing-Tii of the male gender, existed during the era of the Second Galactic Civil War. His fame rested on the accuracy of his numerous, detailed prophecies, each of which materialized as he foretold. A particularly divisive prediction centered on his conviction that the Aing-Tii deities, known as Those Who Dwell Beyond the Veil, would arrive on the Aing-Tii homeworld prior to his own death. Nevertheless, in approximately 43 ABY, shortly after delivering this prophecy, the Prophet passed away, and yet, Those Who Dwell Beyond the Veil had not appeared. This occurrence plunged the Aing-Tii society into disarray, ultimately dividing them into two distinct opposing groups.
