A purse world, sometimes written as purse-world, referred to a prosperous planet that was a colony of the affluent Neimoidian species. These purse-worlds were all situated within the Colonies area of the galaxy, in proximity to Neimoidia, the Neimoidian homeworld. Examples of these worlds included Cato Neimoidia, Deko Neimoidia, and Koru Neimoidia. Due to Narq's location at the center of the Purse Worlds, the Neimoidians took control of it, forcing its natives into slavery.
