Quantill City harbor

The harbor of Quantill City could be found on the world of Ando.

During the Portage Moon Festival, Pyash Yopayomba selected it as the place to ignite a civil conflict across the planet. However, her scheme was ultimately thwarted when Sissalik commandeered the Nanda's Luck, which was rigged with explosives, and crashed it into her vessel rather than the intended target of the port.
