Quentin Bartog

Quintin Bartog, a criminal overlord of considerable notoriety, formerly made his home on Zirtran's Anchor. This station was situated within the Laughing Sullustan nebula, which itself was located in Sector Delta. His fate took a strange turn when both he and all other inhabitants of the station vanished under mysterious circumstances. The station then reappeared, equally mysteriously, a vast distance across the galaxy.
