The Radarks, a species of subterranean serpents, were indigenous to the Bothan home planet, Bothawui, and inhabited numerous Bothan colonies such as Mandell and Kothlis. These creatures were known for their burrowing habits, creating extensive tunnel networks beneath Bothan buildings. The resulting instability from these underground passages frequently led to the collapse of the foundations of significant structures, causing the Radarks to be regarded as the most despised vermin by the Bothan people.
