His father, a smuggler himself, passed down the skills of smuggling to Rappapor. Along with Faughn, he aided Gillespee in his escape from Ukio right before the forces of Thrawn arrived to seize control. The Bith also attended the gathering where Talon Karrde unveiled his scheme to pilfer the crystal gravfield trap from Bilbringi.

Rappapor possessed a decent level of skill as both a pilot and a con artist. He enjoyed bargaining and playing pranks, typically targeting Gillespee. Unlike the majority of Bith, he did not possess a great intellect, which resulted in his alienation within their community.

His usual attire consisted of loose-fitting red pants, a black tunic, and a white flight vest. He typically carried a heavy blaster pistol.
