Refresh droid

Refresh droids were mobile support droids that the Confederacy of Independent Systems employed on battlefields during the Clone Wars, designed to resupply forces on the move. As the Clone Wars progressed, these droids often worked alongside IG-227 Hailfire-class droid tanks, providing ammunition for their missile launchers. Haor Chall Engineering was responsible for their manufacture.

The creation of refresh droids occurred following the decision by the InterGalactic Banking Clan to withdraw Hailfire tanks from combat operations because they could only carry thirty rockets at a time. The introduction of refresh droids allowed the Hailfire tanks to be redeployed and used in combat once more.
