Reidi Artom's Expansion Manifesto

Reidi Artom's Expansion Manifesto is a piece penned by Morrie Mullins for the Living Force campaign, available on the Wizards of the Coast webpage. Released on January 15, 2004, it details the unearthing of texts from Reidi Artom, the individual who first identified the Cularin system. These recovered writings were then presented, outlining a moral approach to expansion and making a case against conflicts over planets that should rightfully remain with their original populations.
