Rendili Hyperworks was a company that produced starships; it was in operation for many centuries prior to the rebellion that challenged the authority of the Galactic Empire.
According to the Dawn of Rebellion canon roleplaying book, Rendili StarDrive was the company that built the Sphyrna-class Hammerhead corvette, also known as the Hammerhead-class corvette. In contrast, the Star Wars Encyclopedia of Starfighters and Other Vehicles attributed the creation of this ship to the Corellian Engineering Corporation. Given that the encyclopedia is a more recent publication and not a roleplaying resource, this article treats the information in the encyclopedia as the accurate account.
Dawn of Rebellion indicated that, long before the Imperial era, Rendili Hyperworks conceived of a starship design that would later influence Rendili StarDrive's Hammerhead-class corvette, which was utilized by the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
