The base of operations for the Order of Revan was the Revanite Valley Stronghold, situated on the world of Rishi. This location functioned as Revan's secret refuge until his relocation to Yavin 4 to further his schemes. The Signal Jammer, a massive structure employed by the Revanites to disrupt communications from both Imperial and Republic forces, was visible from afar. To commemorate Revan and his objectives, a large statue of him was erected close to the Signal Jammer. Due to the Order of Revan's composition of Imperial troopers, Sith, Jedi, and Republic individuals, they possessed a diverse array of weaponry and technological resources. Prior to the events of the Battle of Rishi, the Stronghold housed a variety of spacecraft, including Wanderer-class cruisers and an Imperial transport vessel.
Although the stronghold wasn't heavily fortified structurally, it was nonetheless heavily defended. The surrounding area was protected by elite Revanite soldiers, Sith, and Jedi, who responded to potential dangers with lethal force. Prisoner interrogation and the planning of the Order's military operations took place within the base's inner rooms. A statue of Revan was positioned in front of a holotable in the war room at the center of the stronghold; Revan sometimes used this holotable to issue instructions to his followers when he was not physically present.
