Richard Devon
Richard Devon was a performer from the United States, celebrated primarily for his acting work in both movies and TV shows.
Biography
Career
Born in Glendale, California, Devon built up an extensive resume in television. Among his many TV appearances were shows like The Rifleman, The Virginian, Daniel Boone, The Monkees, Lassie, the 1962 The Twilight Zone episode titled "Dead Man's Shoes," and Mission: Impossible. He also voiced the character of Batman for the unaired pilot of a Batman radio show. In film, Devon appeared in the 1957 horror picture The Undead, War of the Satellites, The Three Stooges Go Around the World in a Daze, and The Battle of Blood Island. He also contributed voice acting to Ewoks.
Death
On February 26, 2010, Devon passed away in Mill Valley, California, due to vascular disease.
